a mini portion of healthy food

As you might have read my previous post, I'm the person who can't resist of nice food. And as the busy level starts to rise exponentially, I have no time to do my fave exercise at home regularly. The last option to keep everything in its normal state is eat a healthy food in a breakfast, lunch or dinner meeting. So instead of choosing my fave tenderloin in Loewy I chose this very ordinary salmon. No pain, no gain, sigh.


So in my 24th, I start to eat healthy food. I hope this can be committed forever.
