Thanks to someone who remind me of the quote above. I love to repeat the quote thousand times to myself :) I've just finished having a great dinner this Friday night at La Mien, Plaza Indonesia. If only Sushi tei hadn't had a billion of people queuing in front of it, I won't eat there. The taste is standard, but the price is quite expensive-esp for me-.

I'm tired but I'm happy

I've been experiencing giving a tuition for 5 years. Because I'm officially work from last year and all of my students are officially graduated from High School, I stop my lovely job as a private teacher. I always miss those lovely moment with my students. And one month ago my ex-students contact me for being a private teacher again to her friends. Wow I'm sooo excited, but yeah I also realize that I only have 24 hours a day and I'm working. A part of my heart tell me to accept the job, and because I really enjoy giving lesson - esp. Mathematics - I grant it. Work life needs a balance, rite? :)

I just found a great web, a must visit web to helps you decide and compare one beauty product to another before you buy it. Visit Cosmetic Safety Database by Environmental Working Group here. I can't stop visiting the web periodically every time I remember a beauty product I have used :) So far my fave brand, Clinique ranked 4 until 5 - means moderate hazard, fiuhh thank God.
I want to burn my fat, 2kgs perhaps. Step one is try to have more activities, step two try to change the food into oat or whole wheat or anything that contains less fat, and step three is lessen the amount of food that goes through my mouth which is the hardest thing to do *sigh*.

Instead of eating floss bread from bread talk I choose this. I hope the soy milk can lessen the fat :)

I love my long hair but sometimes I feel tired with it. I guess I need a hair cut soon.

late Friday post

It's raining abundantly outside. I always scared when the rain pouring down heavily in Jakarta. This city will never be free from flood. Even a drizzle can make a huge traffic jam caused by many flooded area. Enough about a never ending fear. Let's just talking about happiness. I still remember how happy I am at the last Friday. Photo session in the morning with software group.

Coffee break on the evening with mbak Vina and mbak Nurina at Starbucks, with a half price *yes yes yes*. An hour later back to the Starbucks to accompany Jenny and Silvi satisfying their desire not to miss this big disc at Starbucks :)

Then it's time for girls nite out. Sorry for the exaggerating phrase but I'm just too excited to tell you how good last Friday has been.

Silvi, Jenny and I went to Grand Indonesia and I ended up buying a pair of light brown shoes. This shoes is a successful replacement for my broken shoes. I'm broke but I'm happy :)

it begins with one

My friend said, 'wow, different shoes every day..' I replied, 'actually I only have two pair of shoes, black and white, that's more than enough to all of my work suits.' Then he said, 'but the white one you're wearing is yawning.' I answered quickly, 'then it's time to buy another one'. And he laughed. I have two options for my upcoming shoes, nude shoes or white shoes. It's hard to chose between those two but let's just see what's good in the store :)
Honoring Earth Day every 22th of the month, Starbucks give a 1/2 price if you bring your own tumbler. Let's see tomorrow if it's valid to frappuccino as well then maybe I'll come and bring my own tumbler, hehehe.

I have no idea why my narcissism drowning so fast these days. I rarely take a pic of mine. I just shoot at anything except my body and my face. I want my narcissism back~~~~~. After having a long absence not to visit any theaters I finally managed to watch Sherlock Holmes. Yeah I know it's sounds lame, blame the weather for making a person like me prefer just to stay at home enjoying the superb chilly air :)

I always wondering why people-specifically woman-think that Jude Law is handsome. After I watch him playing in Sherlock Holmes I can finally say he's damn hot!

Or maybe because he's playing a character that make me fall in love with(ooh such an alibi :p). Watson you're damn hot! Okay I already say it twice, now here come the thrice. WATSON YOU'RE HOT!!

a dream almost came true

I really want to go to Europe. I almost got a chance to fulfill my dream but two main reasons made me stop without even start a single step. Lack of money and the super low temperature. Take an example in my office; when it’s raining outside, I’m starting to freeze. I have a low body temperature so every half an hour I’m going to the rest room just to get warm. And you can imagine a person like me walking around in Europe when the temperature is lower than zero Celsius. No no no. I don’t want to imagine the way that my bone will curse me at that time. And about money, I just invest almost all of my savings into something that can’t be taken for the whole year. Bye bye Europe…I’m gonna find a better chance to come and see you. Wow I just made an unbreakable vow :)

Wish list: leather jacket. Fashionable, chic and independent coz it can give me warm *without my boy’s presence I’ll be just fine :p*

Sometimes it's hard to have one main destination in life. Every time you achieve one goal, there always be another. My sis told me to do everything just to make God happy. Live for God, not for human. I can't stop comparing myself with others. And when I start to compare, I also begin to shatter my happiness. So bad I know about this but I keep doing it =='.

It's raining almost every day in Jakarta. Hoping there'll be no flood.

I hardly laugh and smile last week but thank God it have passed. Now I have another thing that needs to be done asap.


Predicted normal weight: 47. 4 kg. Fat to LOSE: 3.8 kg. OEMJI!!! How can I reduce an ounce of fat if in the office I always freezing and hungry??
This is a critical situation!!!

There are some things that I can't live without; sunblock, eye cream, comb, Makarizo hair recovery, hand cream and soft lens.

I always open for any beauty product that have a good review. That's why I have several items that keeps changing after they expired or have been used up. But I also stick to some products that have proven its quality and not pricy such as Makarizo hair recovery, Clinique soap bar and The Face Shop Dewy Flower peeling gel.
They're irreplaceable :)

Others stores that I found interesting (and of course on SALE :p) is Marks and Spencer. I bought red waist slim belt that I've been craving since December. Okayyyy December is just only eight days before today, but when I say I need it then I bought it. Simple, easy, and crashing money :)


From twitter I also known that Centro Plasa Semanggi is also on SALE. 'Everything' is below IDR 100k. But since I can see the traffic clearly from the window in The Plaza definitely won't go there. I was wondering does Centro HOT SALE also happen in MOI Kelapa Gading? Let see it on Saturday, I'll ask my bf to go there :)

lack of money resistance

For me Bandung is the city where you have to hold your wallet very tight. The food, the factory outlet, Rumah Mode (a must!), and many more. Sorry to postpone this post about Bandung, but I've never got much time to upload these since holiday are officially over :(
Let's the story begins...
We're heading to Bandung on Saturday noon, arrive around 4pm, and sadly rain started to pouring down and unavoidable traffic happened. First shopping stop to The Secret, kinda big but I think the items there are ordinary, nothing special about the price.

Kored are too hungry so he decided to eat siomay at The Secret.

Then off to Bebek Van Java for dinner, yeay! OISHI! And it'll save you a lot if you choose the package with one full kremes duck. If you love to eat duck, I'm sure you'll end up begging for another duck :p I didn't take the picture of the duck but Kored did. But he's way too busy to uploaded those photos :)
Next destination: Rumah Mode. Got two items from Rumah Mode, a black halter gown and cream blazer, happy happy happy. Then off to Paris Van Java.

The weather was cold that night, maybe because it's rainy, and blame my stupidity for only bring white thin blazer, not thick jacket :( Stay at Kored's house, look at his cat! Pretty much like Garfield; fat and lazy, hahaha.

The next day we're off to church (forgot the name), then early-lunch at Mie Rica. Yummy yummy.


Because this is the last day we're in Bandung, time to taste another special beverage: Yogurt Cisangkuy.


Looking at these photos makes me wants to eat, arrrrrgg. Back to the main story. Before kissing Bandung goodbye, I bought Primarasa cheese stick (photo was already uploaded in the prev post) and Evita Klappertaart, okay sorry if I write the name incorrect, what I know is the Klappertaart are damn good :D IDR 10k for each mini Klappertaart, or you can buy the large one for IDR 40k.


To be honest I always want to go to bandong for more than 2days. I want to eat ALL of the FOOD I like in this city and having fun with my friends. When will I got the chance?

ITB-ers
